Taking the first step toward support can feel overwhelming for both children and parents. At Caring 4 Young Minds, we offer a warm, safe and trauma‑informed space where children can explore their feelings, build emotional resilience and develop healthy coping strategies.

Our counsellors specialise in supporting children and young people through talking therapy and creative arts approaches that meet them exactly where they are.

What We Help With

We support children and young people experiencing:

Our Story

Caring 4 Young Minds was created to offer something different, a therapeutic space where children do not have to find the perfect words or sit still to be understood.

We believe in meeting children where they are. Our counsellors use talking therapy, creative arts and play‑based approaches to help children express themselves safely and at their own pace.

We understand the pressures young people face today, socially, emotionally and academically  and we are committed to providing support that is gentle, effective and grounded in evidence‑informed practice.
