Our Story
Caring 4 Young Minds was created to offer something different, a therapeutic space where children do not have to find the perfect words or sit still to be understood.
We believe in meeting children where they are. Our counsellors use talking therapy, creative arts and play‑based approaches to help children express themselves safely and at their own pace.
