Adult Community Counselling Service

We are proud to offer an accessible adult counselling service in Herne Bay and the surrounding areas, designed to provide meaningful support at an affordable level. Our approach is simple: to make counselling more inclusive, more accessible, and rooted in the community.

How It Works

Clients are invited to contribute a donation of £25–£40 per weekly session, helping to keep the service sustainable and open to those who need it.

Every contribution also has a wider impact, proceeds go directly toward supporting Caring 4 Young Minds, helping to fund vital counselling services for children and young people. By engaging in your own wellbeing journey, you are also helping to create opportunities for younger members of our community to access the support they deserve.

Reduced-Cost Spaces

We recognise that financial circumstances can vary, and access to support should never be out of reach. To help address this, we have set aside a limited number of reduced-cost spaces over the coming year for individuals who may need additional financial assistance.

These spaces are offered with care and consideration, ensuring that those facing financial barriers can still access consistent, high-quality counselling. Our aim is to create a service that is not only sustainable, but also compassionate and inclusive.

How to Apply for Financial Support

If you feel you may benefit from a reduced-cost counselling space, we encourage you to get in touch with us directly. You can contact our team via email or phone to request a brief, confidential discussion about your circumstances.

We aim to keep the process simple, respectful, and non-intrusive, focusing on understanding your needs rather than asking for extensive financial detail. Spaces are limited and allocated based on availability, but we will always do our best to support you or guide you to appropriate alternatives if needed.

Our Community Impact

Together, we are building a compassionate, supportive network where care extends beyond the individual, strengthening the wellbeing of the whole community.
